The sheets are produced following EN 12467:2004 standards - CE certification
Zeliplat sheets are formed from a compound of cement, silica and selected mineralised cellulose fibres.
The sheets are manufactured under pressure and cured in an autoclave.
This process results in a sheet with high tensile stress resistance and elasticity.
Typical applications for the Zeliplat sheet include partition walls, ceilings, and exterior and interior curtain walls.
Standard production sizes
mm 1250 x 2500 - mm 1200 x 2500
mm 1250 x 3000 - mm 1200 x 3000
mm 1250 x 3300 - mm 1200 x 3300
mm 1250 x 3600 - mm 1200 x 3600
mm 1250 x 3800 - mm 1200 x 3800
Tolerances guaranteed are +- 2 mm (lenght and width), +- 5 mm (diagonal), +- 10% (thickness) and +- 0,2 mm thickness of factory sanded sheets).
